Rainer K. Zörner is a banker and a business economist. He was the CEO of Sparkasse Schwyz for 24 years. Under his leadership, the bank transformed from a public corporation into a public limited company, its asset management business was expanded and another bank was merged into the company. Mr. Zörner also acted as a director of the Association of Swiss regional bank (RBA Holding, Entris Banking and Entris Audit). At present, he is a member of the boards of directors of a number of companies.
