Melanie Faccoli is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters degree from the University of Basel specialising in Finance, Banking and Controlling. She has worked in finance for more than 15 years and has broad-ranging expertise in the supervision and auditing of banks, fund management and asset management companies.

For many years, she performed an internal auditing role as an external service provider for various small and medium-sized banks and investment firms. Latterly she worked as Senior Internal Auditor for an internationally operating Swiss private bank, where she mainly conducted audits in asset management and in connection with the organisational implementation of sustainability strategies.

Besides fulfilling the regulatory requirements, she always keeps the perspective of the client and their individual risks in mind in order to identify solutions for pursuing development opportunities.
