Heinz Weidmann has 30 years of experience in internal and external audit of financial institutions. In 2010 he became a Licensed Audit Expert for collective investment schemes. After graduating from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and training as a Certified Public Accountant, he worked for a Japanese bank in Switzerland for four years as head of accounting and member of the Excecutive Board. His work experience at KPMG AG and Ernst & Young AG from 1999 to 2022 encompasses auditing financial institutions. He has experience in the banking sector as well as in the field of financial and supervisory audits of collective investment schemes and related institutions such as fund management companies, asset managers, representatives of collective investment schemes, SI-CAV‘s and KmGK’s.
