Madeleine Maurer has been a Trust Officer since 2010 and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2012. After graduating with a Master of Science degree from ETH Zurich, she gained her first banking experience at an exquisite private bank in Zurich more than 20 years ago. She has many years of experience with internal processes in the banking, trust and trustee sector. Most recently as team leader for predominantly Swiss institutional clients, she has always shared her extensive knowledge in the areas of compliance, due diligence, KYC and anti-money laundering.
